Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to IT Family Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our web development, QA, and UX/UI design services. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
IT Family Studio provides custom digital solutions, including but not limited to Landing Pages, Corporate Websites, Online Stores, and Quality Assurance (QA). The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be detailed in a separate formal Proposal or Contract for each project.
3. Payment Terms
- Standard Structure: Unless otherwise specified in the project contract, we require a 50% upfront payment before commencing work, and the remaining 50% upon project completion and your final approval, prior to deployment.
- Refund Policy: Upfront payments are generally non-refundable once significant design or development work has begun, as they cover allocated resources and time.
4. Project Workflow and Approvals
- We will provide milestones for your review (e.g., design mockups, beta testing).
- Delays in client feedback or provision of required content may result in corresponding delays to the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the final invoice, the intellectual property rights of the custom-developed code and designs are transferred to the client. IT Family Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, IT Family Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered software or website. Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and applicable EU regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
